This is a clearer shot of the N/S lower fire wall    and fabricated reinforced box section N/S sill cut out and has lots of rust and is in need of a new sill panel

Extent of the work to be carried out

 

Inner sill been primed and fish oil applied
Car turned upside down to work on the rusted underbody Front floor has been cut out and continuing with   the rust work Boot floor rubbed, sealed and sound deadening pads put in place

 

Front floors have had sound deadening pads put in place

 

O/S rear inner wheel arch trial fitted with quarter panel before being welded in place Head lights ready to be trial fitted

 

Sandblasted parts taking care in preparation not to get any sand in unwanted areas Underbody is rubbed and sealed ready for stone guarding
