| There was allot of surface rust in all the main areas, where if they are not treated properly now the problem will arise in a few years, so we decided to alkaline dip the whole front end, for better work | Front inner wheel arches primed and stone guarded prior to fitting the front end permanently in place |

This is what we discovered the body filler was hiding, bodgy patches, cracked pieces riveted onto another panel on the back holding everything together. |
